June Lovey Clinic Details!

Thank you so much for your interest in NYC Lovey Repair!!

Our next clinic is June 23rd and 24th, where you can drop off the loveys that need work and we'll have all our tools out and ready to go:

June Lovey Clinic
June 23rd and 24th
10-4pm each day
By appointment only!

Of course, it that doesn't work for your schedule we're happy to make other arrangements - just let us know.  If you're interested, please email for more information.

Some notes:
If you can send a picture of the problem and a brief description, we'll make sure we're prepared.  Not necessary, but helpful.

Please let us know if you need "same day" turn around - we don't want anyone to have to spend a night without their special creature!  Otherwise, we'll give you a sense of how long it will take.  It's usually not to bad..

While standard repairs are absolutely free (really!  it's our pleasure!) if your lovey needs new fur or a music box or other special unusual somethings, then we should coordinate in advance as we may need you to buy the right materials..  We have plenty of fluff and yarn and everything else we've needed so far (hint - less loved stuffed animals make excellent fur "donors").  Also, we do take donations to Sanctuary for Families as thanks for a job well done.

While we're pretty good, please know that we're not professionals.  Please don't bring us antiques or otherwise valuable creatures.

We'll discuss exactly what we'll do in advance and we'll do everything we can to restore your lovey, but you may see the occasional seam or patch.  We call then "love marks" - you loved your lovey so well, it left a mark!

We prefer NOT to do repairs in front of their "parents" but if your child wants to help put in a final stitch or other touch, we're happy to accommodate.

Thanks so much again, and we hope to see you this weekend,
